Mashup albums have been a dime a dozen since the mid-2000s. Back in 2003/2004, when Jay-Z released The Black Album's acapellas, everybody and their grandma had their own remix album. Some, like The Grey Album, made some serious noise and have stood the test of time; most have not. One of the albums to fit into the rare, former group is Jaydiohead, a Jay-Z/Radiohead mashup released on January 1st, 2009. Produced by Max Tannone, a New York DJ, Jaydiohead effectively delivered a hipster's dream come true.
