Ah, the blog era. Forever props to whomever penned those words of praise back in the day. Honored then, honored now. And here we are, on the cusp of 2025, with a new sample set. I wanted to do a little something different here, and bring back one of HHIR(xBBB)’s very own compilations: Southside Soul, from 2016, highlighting some of my favorite sampled-based 50 Cent records. Some hits, some deep cuts, and some mixtape tracks you wouldn’t find on DSPs...
