Y'all in the US need to get busy with the energy situation. Biofuels, diesel...we've been using these for years in Europe!
The fact is...the US car industry is dead as far as innovation goes. Look at what Toyota and Honda are doing. BMW's engines cut out at trsffic lights, even Ferrari are looking at K.E.R.S. (Look it up). I know people who run thier cars offa used oil from McD's.
Get out of your trucks and V8's. We get 90 mpg over here with our city cars.
