The West Coast:...back crackin' like it's Ninety Fo'. Okay, maybe not, but surprising and good albums by 2Pac, WC & Young Noble/Hussein Fatal keep us content for the meanwhile and hopeful for the future. (Ice Cube plans to release a film adaptation of the graphic novel "10"... O'Shea = add him to the 'hip-hop nerds' list...)
