What's New from Stones Throw Records?


Mayer Hawthorne offers his own spin on Tony Bennet's classic “I Left My Heart In San Francisco” to commemorate the grand finale of his two-month long tour, ending in Frisco. To celebrate, Mayer and Stones Throw have teamed up with Huf and Freegums, releasing a t-shirt and MP3-loaded, heart-shaped USB. More info at Stones Throw.

In other STR news, Madlib is dropping the fourth installment of his Medicine Show series titled The Medicine Show No. 4: 420 Chalice All Stars aka Son of Super Ape, set to be released on 4/20 - very appropriate. Aside from the great music (of course), Show No. 4 will contain a directory to marijuana dispensaries in Los Angeles. Burn one!
