Biggest Moment of the Third Presidential Debate

Like I mentioned in my live coverage of the third presidential debate (7:01 PM, to be exact), this was the best moment of the night. Obama completely obliterated one of McCain's attacks, an attack which seemed pre-planned to be used tonight. This unbelievable off the cuff response by Obama was top notch. McCain could do nothing more but to look in horror as Obama highlighted his Republican foe's lack of preparation on this attack. Bravo, President Obama!

  1. mccain had obama explaining himself for the majority of this debate, which was not a good look for obama, but i agree this moment was classic ... wtf was mccain doing allowing himself to look so clownish at that moment??

  2. Good observation SL. Obama was definitely on defense the whole night. That's usually the smarter move for when you're up in the polls. When you're down, you've gotta muster up some action. Johnny Mac tried to do that tonight -- and succeeded to some extent -- but overall fell flat. He didn't turn over any stones that might damage Obama's winning streak.

  3. Zero bitch!

No seriously, McCain looks foolish tryna take shots at Obama, while B.O. just calmly brushes them off.

With his laughing, he sometimes looks a little patronising or casual, but overall Obama just looks more suited to be prez.

McCain just looks too damn twitchy. Like he could boil over at any minute. Not a good thing to have that man with his finger near 'The Button'.

  4. "McCain't" got sonned right there. on ABC, one guy likened Obama's style like Ali's rope-a-dope. make the guy wear himself out by going on the offensive. i thought that was a brilliant and appropriate description of last night's debate. Obama was able to explain himself clearly and counter everything that McCain tried to throw at him. shit was NOT sticking last night.

  6. the fact that anyone is praising McCain for his performance in the third debate proves that he and Palin have lowered people's expectations down to nothing (don't forget, the VP debates were a tie!)
