That being said, go for it Ivan. Just try to stay neutral. Focus more on events instead of what pundits have to say about them cause sometimes I feel like I'm just reading a kid's opinions on the political posts.

in my opinion the site is perfect. it is a site that i came across as i was looking to sample information. it is great to know that i can find that info here. i love DITC and the soulful sundays idea is genius also. i am not into politics but i enjoy the stuff that is posted. i get enough politics here but not too much. if i was looking for more then i would not come to "hip hop" site for it, you know??? i enjoy the sports talk from time to time as well. it offers something different than hip hop but not too much of it. i enjoy the 24>23 debates but i am scared that if the site changes, then you will somehow get away from the many things that many of us frequent the site for. you do a really good job with the things that are offered and i know that you would do a great job with whatever is added. my fear is that the addition of new things will take away from the foundation. is there a possibility that another site be created? i obviously have no idea of what it takes to keep a site up and poppin... the tape deck is such a blessing. my favorite thing about the site is that you offer a different perspective from what me and my circle are used to.

I think expanding on what you've already built here is a good idea. I think your audience is ready to see you branch out. Just don't travel out too far because the branches could snap on ya.
Man do it if you feel its right... just don't go too pop man, like if you're talkin bout us seein cunts like lady gaga and shit like that up in these pages you can count me out, we're bombarded with enough of that mainstream top 20 trash as it is...i'm even a believer in that R&B SHOULD"NT even be on the same shelf as hip hop, let along havin half these 'more tits than talent' tarts ruining songs by singin the hooks on what could've bin a good song... well you're at it, leave fags like lil wayne and the rest of the auto tune family out of it... nuff said...
Do it, fam. Man cannot live on hip hop alone and I'm always curious what other 'hip hop heads' listen to outside the genre and how its related (or not) to their taste in hip hop.
