I'm super-meticulous when it comes to ID3 tagging and artwork-embedding my music library. If you're like me and you also jump at the prospect of acquiring high-resolution shots of cover art, you're in luck! I've got some covers for the following albums that I'd like to share with you:
Brother Ali - UsIncluded in the following .zip file, we've got A) 2000x2000-pixel cover art to tuck in your music folders, and B) 600x600-pixel covert art to embed with your MP3 files. I've also included a special "alternative" blue cover to compliment (or supplement?) Jay-Z's red Blueprint 3 artwork. Enjoy:
Jay-Z - The Blueprint 3
Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...II
Rakim - The Seventh Seal

Hi-res artwork for itunes? Why bother when its gonna look 3x3 on your computer screen and even smaller on your ipod/mp3 player??
ReplyDeleteThat's what the 600x600 is for. 2000x2000 is just for hi-res junkies.
ReplyDeleteI've been wondering how I could get the art for all the stuff I've got, too. But, what about those times when itunes says "art is not available"? Is there a way to attach the art myself?
ReplyDeleteDownload the program MP3tag. :D
ReplyDeleteIs it wrong that I used the hi-res one for my iTunes? I dont even have a iTouch..
ReplyDeleteIt's not necessary and it does waste disc space (higher resolution photos = larger file sizes = more space used), but it's not wrong per se.
