Run-D.M.C. - Run-D.M.C. [The Samples]

Oh, yes I did! Being that this was the first album (chronologically) to receive 5 Mics from The Source, I thought it'd be great to add it to our collection. However, Run-D.M.C.'s debut had very few samples on it; the instances in which you'll hear guitar riffs on the record are not samples but in fact attributed to Run-D.M.C.'s in-house band Orange Krush. This sample set is comprised of only two songs, but they're must-haves, particularly the second track. Lovebug Starski is the man who is credited for coining that word we all love: 'Hip Hop'.
