Concept: I got the idea for flipping The Office theme song over this new Usher track the very second I first heard it. The harmonizing synths on this Polow da Don-produced (sorta) banger immediately reminded me of the piano keys of The Office (one of my all-time favorite shows). I matched it up and it flowed pretty well. Whatchu think?

    Sounds good with just the drums and office sample, but I think it goes out of tune during the hook. I can't tell for sure- is something out of tune when it makes you smell blood and brain fluid leaks from your ears?

    I had this same idea the first time I heard the song. It would sound much better if u got an acapella version on the ursher track tho.

    Hi,
    I just independently discovered that Usher's "Love in This Club" and the Office theme song follow the same chord progression. (I don't watch the Office, so I finally heard the theme song a couple weeks ago.) I applaud you for hearing the similarity months ago, but I agree with D. Lincoln's comment in that the two songs are in completely different keys.
    So although the idea is there, it makes me want to scratch my ears out. When you have time, I would strongly suggest that you change the pitch of both. "In This Club" is in the key of C, while "The Office" theme song is in G, and you'll have to do a little extra pitch tuning. It would probably work best to bring Usher's song down a tiny bit and the Office song up to a B. If you need any help, let me know.
