Beck and his musical pals have decided to rerecord Velvet Underground's debut LP, Velvet Underground & Nico, in its entirety, releasing the tracks one by one over the course of the next few weeks. Naturally, they started out with "Sunday Morning", a track I occasionally listen to on... Sunday mornings. The project is called Record Club. According to Beck's website, they were initially gonna cover Digital Underground's Sex Packets. I'm still not so sure if that was a joke or not...
