DJ Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince - He's the DJ, I'm the Rapper [The Samples]

Released in '88, He's the DJ, I'm the Rapper was the first album to earn DJ Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince a Grammy award (for "Parents Just Don't Understand"). In fact, this album was a landmark in hip hop history because it was the first album to contain a rap song to win this prestigious award. He's the DJ, I'm the Rapper is sometimes considered to be the Philly duo's greatest album. With great tracks (and samples) like these, you can't go wrong!

  2. dammit man! you totally beat me to the punch on this one! I was gonna drop my compilation in a few weeks! good work and many thanks!

  3. Something strikes me about the track He's the Dj, I'm the rapper tho. I can only ID 3 of the 4 tracks that are used in the track. Nowhere on the net can I find what the beat is after Steve Miller Band's Jungle Love. It's not T-Connection or John Davis. Can someone help me/us out cos I really need to have that beat.

  5. @PhaZe_5, @DocRogers: For the last unfound break of "He's The DJ, I'm The Rapper", here's the answer:
