I'd like to send a big 'THANK YOU' to Dr. Michael Eric Dyson for not only standing up for REAL Hip-Hop, but being critical of its "nasty side."
F*ck Forget Congress! In order to change Hip-Hop, we as a people need to do it from the inside. That's why we not only need to support artists like Common, Mos Def & Immortal Technique, as Dr. Dyson mentioned, but Dyson himself, as he is equally a part of the progressive Hip-Hop community.
